Daisy I'm so pissed off at my laptop The shitty thing wont stay charged!!!! I've had my laptop for two years now, and it still runs like a champ but I've got a problem, the good for nothing AC Adapter wont stay plugged into the back of my laptop. It's like the metals wont touch anymore because they've been worn down or something, I don't know and so now I have to hold my hand behind my laptop either push the connector in a upwards or downwards position and constantly pull it in and out to get it to charge my laptop. And since my laptop is so very old the battery will only stay charged for like 30 minutes

A while ago I went out to try and purchase a new AC Adapter but since I have such an "old" laptop, I have to special order the adapter and it's $98.00 I hope that it works with a new adapter because if it doesn't then I may not have my laptop for much longer if it wont hold a charge, and that really sucks ass. However my laptop is under a 3 year warranty plan so if it does decide to crap out completely on me there may be a good chance I can trade it in for a newer model Only problem with that is...I have to back up everything on my laptop, though I need to do that anyway...Now I have to do it in a race against time, and it sucks.

In other news, I saw Mr. & Mrs. Smith Friday, it was a funny movie, very entertaining, but I think it's one of those movies that after the first time you watch it you really don't want to watch it again because you know what's going to happen, but it is great to see for a first time and I'm very picky when it comes to movies so this one must be good.

Guess what I got?! I went to Lisa's house to hang out the other night and she gave me the cutest little gift! It's a plate about the size a saucer for a tea cup it came on a little stand and on the plate it has a little flying angel and it says "Friends are angels that follow you through life" and it was so sweet of her! I couldn't believe it! I love it! It really made my day when she gave me that gift, she and I have been friends for about 6 months now and she told me the other day after Josh and I bought Lisa and Ryan's anniversary dinner that having Nikki, Josh, and me as her friends had made her realize what crappy friends she had in high school and part of college and she realized what great friends she now had. I must say that made me blush just a bit, I told her I treat my friends how I want to be treated, and since you are my friend I want to do nice things for you and I want you to be happy and I respect you; it was such a Kodak moment I tell you, we should have had that on film to remember it.

Lisa's birthday is Wed. she told me she wanted Phantom of the Opera the movie, I've yet to see it but I guess it's really really good, so hopefully I'll get to see it sometime soon if Lisa gets it for her birthday, I think she expects me to get it for her, and I will but I love playing little tricks to throw people off the trail of what I'm getting them, I think I'll wrap the movie in a huge box, and make her have to find it; that sounds like a great idea and wrap it in my sisters graduation wrapping paper, lol I can't wait!!! I think I should get her a small something in addition to the movie or make her something but I'm not sure what, do you all have any ideas?

I'm off to bed it's late, nighty night all!

Daisy First I want to appologize for not coming by everyones blogs, as you can see I haven't been here in a while. My family has been in town for my sister's graduation since Wed., I've been busy spending time with them these last few days as well as helping getting things ready for her graduation party.

As I've said, busy week, and I had jury duty for the first time on Wed. and it was ok, I didn't get selected to apart of the final jury; though, I had to sit through the whole process of the picking and choosing; I didn't get to participate. Crazy enough when I arrived at the court house that morning I saw an old friend of mine from high school, Maggie! She and I were great friends in High School, but had lost touch when we went to different colleges. It was fun to catch up and hear gossip about old friends, I really missed her I hadn't realized that, I invited her to my sister's graduation party, but it rained and a lot of people didn't come. When all was said and done I was able to leave the court house at 11:30am, the case that I might have been a juror for was a dumb one, I was glad I didn't get picked for it.

That evening my family showed up and we went out to dinner to Red Robin for supper, it was good and fun but we had to call it an early night since my sister's graduation was the next day, I however, went out with Nikki and her boyfriend David, along with Josh and some of his friends, to bowling. I must say I enjoyed myself and David even offered to buy me a soda, lol Nikki wouldn't let him, nor would I. Nikki and I pigged out on cheese sticks, nachos and french fries and I was so full but it was all so great! I really had fun and I'm glad David and I were able to joke around, it was nice though I still felt like a third wheel but who cares we enjoyed ourselves.

Next day Graduation!!! My sister finally did it she's done with high school forever, we went to lunch and we had a horrible time there, the service was terrible but my aunt, lol, she told the manager what poor service we had received and we had several meals taken off the bill and free desserts because they screwed up so bad, lol. I think they did a nice job of offering there apologies but still, it kind of sucked.

Later that day my grandmother took my mom, sister, little cousin of 7, and me to see Madagascar, it was a silly movie, David Swhimmer was in it as the Giraffe and it was quite funny. My little cousin, he was dancing around to the music, he was more entertaining to watch than the movie, lol.

Friday rolled around and I went miniature golfing with my aunt, grandma and little cousin, I lost, big surprise. I really hate miniature golf, it's so boring, about half way through the game I just throw my ball at the hole and see how good my ski ball skills are instead . I went to the eye doctor but they're so stupid and screwed up everything, cancelled our appointments and then never kept them and it was a nightmare but for the most part it was all worked out, but I can definitely say we're never going back to that place again, the service was unbelievably horrible.

Saturday was my sister's graduation party, it was fun, we still have tons of food left over from it. It rained all morning and most of the afternoon, but when 4 o'clock rolled around so did the sun and it was nice. I was so pooped from the day I actually went to bed at 8pm, I was so tired, I don't think I've been to bed that early since I was forced to when I was like 9 years old and had a set bed time. It was crazy but I had some great sleep that night.

Sunday I went over to Nikki's house and watched Napoleon Dynamite for the first time, I honestly don't see what's so great about that movie, it's really dumb but then again it could just be me...

Monday I didn't do anything, I was supposed to go over to Nikki's house and watch more movies but she was sick that day so I didn't want to bother her so instead I made a new layout for my Lime Daisy site, you should see it! I think it's my best layout yet I really love it though it is kind of dark...

I was also fortunate enough to speak with Haze-sama! She said that the busy time for work is finally over so she's got some free time now, woot! I missed you so much Haze-sama!

Yesterday started out as a nice day, Nikki and I went to see the Sisterhood of the Traveling pants, such a good movie! It was sad but also somewhat funny because you can hear all these women start crying so then you started laughing and tearing up, it was interesting. It was a great movie, total chick flick that's for sure! But then when Nikki dropped me off at home she was saying she was going to check up on her mother, her mother was supposed to go out to lunch with her but then never answered her phones and so after the movie it was about 8:30pm. Let's just say what she found was not a good thing, Nikki called me in tears and I took her out to Village Inn and we ate and I think that helped her. I talked to her earlier today and she was still upset and asked if I wanted to go bowling, she said she needs some fun, so I'm going bowling a bit later; I hope that helps her feel better I hate seeing her when she's all sad.

On a happier note I got my new cell phone, my other one broke in half, it was a flip phone and the hinges broke off and so I had to get a new one, it's the upgraded version of the one I had before since they don't sell the kind I had anymore, it was too old it was only a year and a half old...

Well I think that's about it for me, sorry for such the long entry, that's what happens when things get busy though I'm off to go blog hopping and comment on everyone's blogs, later!

Daisy I'm back! My trip to the mountains was fun, I hung out with my cousin and saw her dance; she did such a beautiful job! I really enjoyed it it was so amazing, it's hard to believe she's that good and only 15! I also had the pleasure of meeting her boyfriend, he's quite the character but very nice; he paid for my families lunch and then his friend, it was about $50 and I was amazed he did that! Like I said he was very nice and way awesome; nice job cousin, he's a keeper

We also went to see the Longest Yard, I liked the movie, it was funny and different and totally about American Football, lol it was a nice change of pace from all the chick flicks and action movies I've been seeing lately. We came home on Sunday and the drive was wet and rainy, driving in the mountains was a bit scary but not too bad, just on the way home over "Rabbit Ears" pass (there's a rock that's split into two and it looks like rabbit ears, thus it got it's name) it was foggy and rainy and I couldn't see so I drove grandma style all the way down. Once I got home I crashed I was so exhausted and my sister drives too closely behind people I about died of being stressed out while she drove, and coming down those steep mountains I wish I would have passed out so I couldn't see some of the stuff she did. I think from watching that made me really tired because I exerted so much stress from being terrified and boredom with sitting there; I seriously didn't relax until we got into town when we were nearly home. I went to bed at 9pm and got up about 8am the next morning, I haven't woke up naturally at that early in months, lol.

Yesterday was a total veg day, I did a whole lot of nothing, hee hee, I should have cleaned some since family will be here tomorrow, but I guess that means I'll be up late tonight doing that. I went to Lisa and Ryan's house they cooked up some lasagna and I brought over some garlic bread and we had a nice dinner while watching El-Hazard; what a creepy anime that is. We first started watching it and it was quite a shocker after the 3rd episode you get use to it and the action takes over and it is a really good anime. The one I watched was, "The Magnificent World" I think it's the OVA to the TV series. Then it also includes El-Hazard 2 OVA, which I watched this morning because it's so long-- there are 7 episodes in the first set then there are 4 in the second one but they're like 45minutes long each and according to the back it is 245 minutes long, over 4 hours of anime goodness (most of the time.) It was somewhat shocking like Chobits when I thought it was a cute anime like InuYahsa but it was really for the more "Mature" audiences . Anyway after the 3rd episode Lisa turned it off because she didn't care for it anymore, she had claimed before we watched it that El-Hazard was her favorite anime but she hadn't seen it since she was 15 or 16 so she really didn't remember it... she was really shocked, just like me about what was going on in the start so we watched the Chronicles of Riddick instead on Demand and played Trivial Pursuit 90's edition, Lisa won, lol. Then we watched Euro Trip lol that was a funny movie, I had to come home and download that "Scotty Doesn't Know" song from the sound track, lol so funny. I left Lisa and Ryan's house about 1am last night then came home finished the El-Hazard original OVAs then finished the 2nd one this morning, totally spacing out Full Medal Alchemist last night, I'm such a goof, lol.

My jury duty is scheduled for tomorrow, I have to call tomorrow morning to see if my number is up, if it is then I have to go to the county court office and wait around to see if my number is still called there, if it is then I'll have to listen to a court case anywhere from driving violations to murder or sex offenders I hope my number isn't called, my sister's graduation is on the 2nd and if I miss that I'm dead, because jury duty can last a day, weeks, months, and I really hope that if I do have to go it will only be for a day, I can't miss my sister's graduation! Also my family is all showing up tomorrow; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, the whole crowd, then my new step cousin has his college graduation on Friday that no one knew about because he forgot to tell his mother, lol, he's so funny. I have made my sister a present for her graduation, it's similar to what she made me for my graduation but it's a dvd with pictures of her past, I kind of want to put video clips in there but it would be sooo long then, I think with just the still pictures it is about 12 minutes long that's a bit long but you really don't notice it because I keep it moving. I hope everything turns out for the best *crosses fingers* I can't have jury duty...I must be there for my sister!

That's all for me I must clean now, whoopee...
